Terms of Service:


  • By Downloading Dungeon Sea Online (DSO) you are required to follow these rules stated below.

  • Users found breaking these rules may be permanently get their account suspended!

  • If you witness any other users breaking these rules it is essential that you report this user immediately to avoid any potential threat to your account or other accounts.

  • If a user breaks rules and you help them or profit from it you will also be banned.

    • Maintaining your account:


  • All users must maintain their own account, meaning if you leak your password to someone else we are not liable of what happens to your account. We strongly suggest that you pick a password that is difficult to guess. Using a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols is the best way to go. Ex: YouWi11NeverGue$$

  • Trading items (including game gold) or characters ingame for out of game currency, goods or services is against our rules and all the offending players will be banned if caught. Obviously, if you get scammed or hacked in the process, you will not be supported.

  • Players who use a "Proxy" to access our website, forum or game will be automatically banned if caught.

  • If your account is "hacked" the game staff will recover your items if they can be located on the account of the hacker. And we will ban the hacker, of course. If, after investigation, your items cannot be located, the staff will not re-create them as there is no way to confirm the gems on the lost equipment

  • If you are "scammed" in game the staff team will not help you to recover your items back as this is your own fault for not checking the trade properly or other circumstances. We will only ban the scammer after investigation. You may make a forum thread if you believe it wasn't fully your fault and you couldn't prevent it. (If you give a item to someone to borrow your items will not be recovered!) For tips on how to not get scammed read this thread from our forum: Anti Scam Tips.

  • Any issues with players sharing accounts will be dismissed by the staff team as this is a violation of our rules.

    • The staff:


  • Players must note that the staff team can be very busy with issues of other players and we are very sorry that we can't help everyone at once, you must never start abusing a member of staff over any of the chat systems this may lead to you being jailed or banned.

  • Any players caught impersonating a staff member will be instantly banned forever.

  • GM ranked staff members may move players, edit accounts, delete items etc if they believe that something is wrong with your account/character without your permission.

  • Staff members will never ask for your password!

    • Player's behavior:


  • Use of language found to be racial, religious, rude, sexually explicit, insulting, threatening, defamatory, abusive, hateful, ethnic, or harmful used in any kind of hateful matter, no matter the language will warrant a warning or account suspension.

  • Please do not "Kill Steal" (also known as KS) other players, please note kill stealing doesn't count if the monster is a boss or something related.

  • Any bugs which players may find must be reported to a member of staff, all accounts which exploit bugs at their own profit will be banned.

  • Accounts that are accessed illegally will result in the intruding user's accounts to be permanently suspended, and in severe cases, IP banned from the web server and game servers.

  • Players found "botting" will be sent to jail and if they are found to be repeating it they will be banned. If we find two accounts with your IP doing this you will be IP banned.


    • Please note that the decision of staff operatives stand and you can be banned for other unlisted offenses under the warrant of the staff member.
