Hello everyone,
To protect your account, please keep the following tips in mind:

1. Your password - Some account hijackers use a type of program which is called a "Brute forcer" which attempts your password from a list of words and codes, setting your password to numbers and letters will protect you from this. We aren't saying everyone needs a random password, you could use a world followed by a memorable number then another word for example.

2. Never give anyone your password - Yes it seems obvious but a lot of hacked accounts are stolen from players giving "friends" their account password. Even in real life, do not give you password to your friends.

3. You can't get free items or item mall points - we run this game we know how it works. These free item mall programs and websites are 100% fake do not visit them or download them ever!

4A. We are aware of phish sites of DSO which are sites which are fake and steal your password - We try to stop them but most of them are robots using proxy services.

4B. How do I look out for a phishing website?

The site looks exactly like ours but only with one difference..


Fake websites can vary in the url in anyway such as dungeonsea.a.com etc.

4C. What can I do?
Always ensure the web address is dungeonsea.com this way your account is safe.

5. If someone is claiming to be a staff member ask them to teleport to you or for you to teleport to them. A staff member will always have a GM or HD sign above their character and will teleport you if they aren't busy helping another player or resolving another issue. We will NEVER ask you for your password, only for your account name. - Please note our staff are not always at their computer while in dso, they may be away from keyboard.
